      There were a lot of great people on the team. However, most people would realize that AAVALABS didn't offer professional or financial growth and would leave within 1.5-2 years

      In my opinion, it's a toxic environment. Working at AAVALABS left me burnt out, anxious and depressed. I've experienced a lot of pressure, but no rewards for the results. Top management expects everything and gives nothing in return.

They talk about the importance of great culture and really mean it. - Completely remote, with yearly Workations somewhere in Europe - Fast growing company that isn't afraid to take risks, change things, and listen to new ideas. - Everyone is willing to step up to help others in the team, they have transitioned from a start up to a healthy growing company without losing that spark or that desire to create something better. - Great work-life balance

      - Nothing really. Nearly everyone is a contractor due to the globally remote nature of work, so that's a con for some.
