Since my interview, AB Marketing has always taken an importance on asking how I am doing and ensuring that if there was anything I needed I could ask them. It is highly appreciated knowing a company stands with their employees. The managers and partners always let us know how great of a job we do and how we are appreciated. I come into work feeling proud of the company I work for! I can confidently say that this is a company you would want to work for and a company that values your growth. If you work hard you will be rewarded! Lastly, something I appreciate is feeling like my ideas matter and are important. I am fairly new with AB but the managers and partners always let me be creative and use my ideas towards ad campaigns!
