Not as many supports as you may receive at a larger company, and benefits are lacking

Supervisors are almost always available for support, Schedulers try to give you your requested weekly hours, Biweekly all staff meetings, Teams communication makes it easy to get in touch with staff/ supervisors

No advancement opportunities, Very cliquey culture, Supervisors seem to turn a blind eye to some staff behavior/ practices which is concerning in a clinical setting. Consistent scheduling and true 40 full time scheduling is not guaranteed given client cancellations. Overtime not available. Very prone to burn out given the nature of the job.
