Amazing support from supervisors and staff. They provide materials for session and model targets you run in session.

A lot of cases are in the afternoon and evening.

The families and supervisors were great most of the time.

Not enough hours and if the families cancel for weeks at a time you don't get paid. Not a very reliable source of income.
