Along that same vain, we not only want all staff to be successful at work but also in their personal life which is why we are always looking to increase our benefits packages! In the last year we added vision and dental insurance as well as a 401K plan. Staff are always well informed about the upcoming additions. Any changes and updates to policies are announced and discussed with staff in advance of implementation. Exempt, salaried employees are contracted at a minimum of 40 hours a week or until the job has been completed. Pathways abides by the BACB code of ethics, BHCOE standards, funding source requirements, and CARF standards.
