Lack of training or appropriate supervision. Too much personal discretion as to how programs are run by untrained staff. Some therapists MUCH better than others, some clients have 5 or 6 therapists, causes confusion and lack of progress for clients at a CRITICAL time. Unfair to clients not to have experienced or effective therapists. Pay too low to DRAW experienced therapists.
