great opportunities for learning, superb technology, approachable management, good benefits for those on travel, most people switch to ABB Singapore,USA, Switzerland, Norway etc. after 5-6+ years work ex. and obviously the benefits there are much better.

my profile involved 110% travel (domestic & mostly international) and hence bad work life balance, no OT, compensation is on the lower side, only few managers chart out career growth seriously for the employee, not many people stay more than 4-5 years
