My hiring process took close to a several weeks from the date of my first interview. Teamwork environment was quite nice and friendly. Sometimes they require you to work overtime, just like in any tech company, but it was never a routine. Flexible working hours.

The company doesn't look for experts, their priority is cheap labor. You will not be asked about your salary expectations. Instead, the company makes an offer at the bottom of the range, and this is not negotiable. All in all, the place is not so bad to wait for a while until a better paid job is found. Just don't expect too much of it.
