- Terrible upper management with lots of behind the scenes politics - No room for growth in terms of title or pay. There are also quite a few serious differences in pay between people performing the same roles - You will be expected to stay late or perform roles completely unrelated to your job description regularly to meet deadlines - Time-off is hard to come by and upper management is a bit picky regarding sick days - The company likes to penny pinch on everything - Very high employee turn around - Training for new employees is virtually non-existent
