Very friendly colleagues, very intelligent staff, good teamwork with your peers and across departments, nice working hours (from 9am to 19pm), beautiful neighbourhood and building.

Sub-par management (teams compete internally, business plans not according to reality), sub-optimal infrastructure (nice tick-by-tick data but market simulator and data retriever have tons of glitches)

As student, it is really helpful to start getting some work experience which freelance and internship jobs are the perfect places to practice and get a foot on your industry before you finish your studies.

It will be hard to balance your job and personal works since while you're working on the job, you still have to be looking for the next gig
