Sometimes projects have unrealistic deadlines. Career progression can be slow at times. Need better internal coordination across teams. Limited recognition for extra efforts sometimes. Decision-making process can be a bit slow.

Free coffee and people that work production floor are really nice.

I can't stand this pathetic excuse for a job. The higher-ups are all a bunch of incompetent phonies. And don't even get me started on HR - they're a joke. All they care about is kissing up to upper management, not giving a damn about us employees. NO GROWTH!!!!!
