good salary hike if you are best performer, open communication with Boss

No work life balance, everybody is your Boss, no professionalism, nobody knows what to do and how to do, boss can fire you at 12 in the midnight from your job. salaries are always on hold or delayed, they want you to run and do meetings if its raining outside or a gazetted holiday and want their visiting cards so as to trust you for your meetings done. if you are visiting the same client then also you need to ask him everytime for his visiting card. you have to wear suits in 50 degrees temperature as well.. no personal life... 24*7*365 days you are intervened by your office staff...no comp off even if you are working on sat and sundays... during events they make you work for more than 72 hours continuously and want you to be in the office next day without any comp off. nobody trains you... you are responsible for business from the first day of your job.. i joined this company with other 8 colleagues.. 6 of them terminated within 3 months... 9 more were hired and 7 out of them were also fired in next few months.. no full and final.. no pending salary released... one came from Himachal and did every possible thing for the company.. he paid more than he was earning jut to meet his daily expenses... he was one of the best performer but not treated well at all.. another guy was from alahabad , he was confirmed and he also took flat on rent in gurgaon which cost him 25 k a month.. he deposited 3 months security and arranged furniture,, total expenditure was arnd 1.5 lakh.. even he was terminated after a month without salary.. so you can think of company very well... dont spoil your career and your family's expectation unless you are from a very well background and doing job for the sake of making some money. No leaves...
