This company has no business ethics. They take clients money for booking and don't return even after the client has cancelled.Will ask women employees to get closer to clients" if you know what I mean". The company will stop paying salary until further notice if you have not closed a sales deal within the first month, and for this the employees are humiliated time and again!!! They do not give any breathing time to any employee and yes they keep spying on all employees. They deduct salaries for no reason. Salaries are paid after 20th of the month even though the management promises that salaries are paid within the first 3 days of the month. Talking to colleagues is not allowed!!! They also expect sales team to do event production work. I will not be surprised is soon they ask the sales team to do sweeping at the events. There is no training or any kind of sales training material. During the time of payment collections the management treats the sales team as "delivery boys". Attrition rate is very high. Employees leave the company on a daily basis as"the work culture is one that you would have never imagined in your life." It is not respectable. There is no concern for employees & there safety and yes you can forget about Public holidays. They even make you work on Sundays without compensation and you will also have to work on Diwali. There are no HR policies and yes for 1 year you cannot take any leaves as salary will be deducted. The HR will make false promises and this will be backed by the management during the time of the entire interview process. The management makes false promises of salary increment within 6 months. Even after you out perform your targets your salary will never be increased. There is no appraisal system. You expenses will be reimbursed after more than 2 months and too after repeated reminders to the management. The reimbursement is made in parts and will not be given all at once. There is no appreciation however hard you work and employees are constantly demotivated for no reason. This is the truth!!! There is constant politics and the management is involved in the politics. The top management gossips and also creates fights among employees. They also spy into the private lives of employees. There is a lot of discrimination by the management. I will never ever advice anyone to join this company as the company is perhaps one of the worst companies that treats employees horribly & also the management makes money from deducting the salaries of employees.

Good way of learning and getting involved in alot of different assignments throughout the job

Training is not going to be at a side of things. Sometimes they mainly show you somethings and the rest is just thrown for you to just figure out.
