No cons to think of

The direction that ABH is headed under new leadership is competitive and innovative, they are undergoing a long overdue transition that will allow for a lot of growth. A lot of under performers that have stayed employed due to poor performance standards in the past. Employees that work hybrid do not do their work from home and other staff in their departments have to compensate to complete tasks. Cliquish and gossipy staff that have been there 20+ years and actively try to subvert the new changes the company is going through.
