I loved my job until the most recent president took over. He changed the structure, culture, and laid off a very large chunk of employees in order to improve profits. This move forced current staff to work overtime and a lot of great employees left. This affected our ability to provide clients high customer service. Due to low starting pay it was hard to hire qualified candidates who would stay long term. He took a great place to work and made it a toxic environment.
