The people were awesome and the company is stable. Should have never left.

The CEO did me dirty in hindsight. I got an offer from another company in hope that ABITEC would counter. They never countered and then the CEO put out a memo I was stepping down. Kind of forced my hand.

The people, culture, flexibility, leadership and opportunity to make an impact are just a few of the reasons I LOVE working at ABITEC. I am challenged daily in my role at ABITEC but I am never alone or discouraged because I know that the organization stands behind me. It truly IS what you make it. We are each expected to do our part in making a positive impact on the business and each other.

I have no cons worth noting. I feel there is an open door policy on suggesting and implementing positive change and it is up to me and each individual to take action.
