There are list's of cons. 1) No management. 2) They will play with your future. requesting experience people please dont join they will make you to suffer like hell. they will turn your designation from engineer to tester at any time or they will fired you at any time. 3) They dont have clients and their product is full of bugs. whoever buys they have to use ccleaner and i have to restart from beginning. 4) Day by Day they rules and HR policies will get change according to people. 5) Team Lead. There is sentence in English " You can trust anyone but dont trust small height people" He will come 11.30am and he will go 8.30 pm and he will force all employees stay till midnight those who even come morning 9.00 am. those who stay they are good even though they do work or not, even though they will simply do timepass. those who do not stay they are very bad according to him and he will not tell you. he will directly go to HR(who is managing company operation) cabin raised complaint. do not understand the situations of employees. 6) They will fired you at any moment of time please be aware and follow 5th point those who dont have life outside office. 7) Requirement they will tell you by words next time if you show they will say i didn't said that. please do change fast. 8) Every six months they will fired 2-3 people by complaints of team leads even if they good at their work. 9) Think before joining experience people above these all points are genuine.

No clients... no projects...No income...still they are able to maintain company

7 years back they got a Migration project(VB TO java) in Healthcare domain from well known client of Jeddah.. They have taken 7 years to do this, still thousands of bugs exists. Finally client ended up the contract which is a big blow for this company financially. They did some HR projects and tried hard find the clients, but they couldn't succeeded Many startups are doing wonders within less time.. This is a failure story where young entrepreneurs. Main reasons listed below 1. No planed approach. 2. Talent hunt hasn't happened in skills point of view. 3. No high level technical management. 4. They retained the scrap and dumped the skilled resources. 5. They hired and fired many people without reason. 6. Still they no clarity on technologies(eg : Still they doesn't know when and how to use Automation testing). 7. Whatever comes to CEO's maid, they will implement\modify without proper reason. If anyone says anything against this, they will be fired at very next movement.
