Back to back initial assessments with no gaps (which goes against their own policies) they do not care. When management are told they do nothing about it and just add more to the caseload. They do not care about their employees at all! Toxic management in all services I’ve seen first hand. Gloucestershire and notts service are particularly shambolic and when management approached (central team) does nothing and pretends they did not see the messages in the group chat Poor rate of pay for advisors Abl only care about the money they receive to hit targets We should be supplying 2 forms of NRT for 12 weeks but due to their greed it’s only 2 products for 4 weeks and then only 1 product. Told to push using the vape (because it’s the cheapest) even if clients are reluctant to

Market analytics not used for salary basis. Expectation to advertise roles repeatedly and close them for no reason and long awkward shortlisting process. Head hunted candidates not prioritised by recruiting managers. Long meetings leading to no service improvements.
