A terrible merchandising company to work for. To begin with, on the job posting it says "will be able to travel 50-80 kilometers radius around home market", which is a bogus statement because in actuality they will make you drive up to more than 100km. Keep in mind their company website also claims that they offer benefits. Don't be fooled by that because in actuality they only offer benefits to their full time employees. In my case, they were giving me 35 hours or less in order to keep me under a part-time position because they didn't want to provide me with benefits. I'd only need to be working 5 more hours to be considered full time and they wouldn't negotiate or compromise. Terribly disorganized company, lacking serious respect for employees. Managers will train you for one day then throw you out on the field and expect you to completely manage a 100km radius around you on your own. They will pay to send you to Toronto for training but will either make you drive there or offer to pay for a plane for you to take there. But at the last second the manager will tell you they waited too long to book a flight, therefore you'll have to take a greyhound to T.O. Everything is mostly paid for but they will make sure you get kicked out of your hotel room early so you are unable to wait there while you are expecting your greyhound for on the way home. In conclusion, do not waste your time or money on this company. They are unprofessional and do not care about their employees enough to make a change in the way they treat them. Crooked and corrupt is an understatement
