They treat the backbone employees (body techs) like crap. Quality is trumped by delivery dates. You're expected to be at work not matter what cause of the delivery dates. Low repair times. Long work hrs. You're frowned upon if you don't put in the extra time. Pre negotiated rates and repair procedures with insurance companies make for hack repairs. I've never put on so many used quarter panels and aftermarket parts in my life. So much that the junkyard was buying steaks for the shop that spent the most at there yard monthly.
