They try to commit to teamwork but a lot of things get in the way that don't have to. The pay was decent.

OVERWORKED. I had zero work/life balance. Over 100 hours every 2 weeks and you're required to work 9 1/2 hours on the clock every day and they kind of make you feel like taking a break is bad. They need more than 2 CSRs because of the volume of calls and customers. Management I feel is lost when it comes to just how much CSRs have to do. It's what causes over booking. A lot of unfair pressure is put on the CSRs. Extremely stressful due to not having more than 2 CSRs.
