There is so much momentum going on the right direction it is inspiring. This company and the people here genuinely care. They care about the business and improving every aspect of it, they care about the clients and doing the right thing by them and they care about the people that make up the "work family". Steering a ship this large can not be an easy task, but the Owner is working so incredibly hard and makes himself abundantly available for feedback. So much so that there are monthly newsletters, quarterly townhalls, an open suggestion box, a wide open door policy for any person in any position to walk into his office, and he has even taken on getting ISO certified in order to address any inefficiencies in our processes. Not only is the Owner moving everything in the right direction, but the three offices are full of the top talent available. There are some incredibly passionate and talented people that make up this team and I am very excited to be a part of ABS.

Nothing comes to mind. It's hard to look for something negative when you are actively trying to be a part of affecting positive change and growth.
