One of the only companies I know that has an external Business Coach on-site each week to help all employees deal with conflict, working with other employees and daily issues.

There is always something new going on at ABTech, we have the pleasure of constantly creating new and custom products that keep things fun and interesting. Leadership is not disconnected from what is actually happening with the business, and in fact, they are some of the most hands on people helping to make things work as part of the team. There is always an open ear for new ideas. Between the air hockey, soda, great communication, dog friendly environment, and interesting work, its easy to want to work here.

If you leave your lunch somewhere the dogs can get to, you might not have to order out at lunch time! ( Seriously, the dogs wont get to your food unless you leave it open and unattended on the floor, they are great )
