His attitude which has spread to management is to attempt to destroy individuals who do not see things his way. He will have you scrub a brick wall with a wire brush should you get hurt on the job just to keep you off a OSHA 300 Log and when that does not work out for him he will put you in the office and have you cold call. Who cold calls in 2016 in this industry? There is absolutely NO work in Phoenix, the Superintendent has his head up the owners butt and classifies his farts by the Richter Scale. Though this company claims to be "family first", the only family they are speaking about is the owner and his boys. Stay away, the pay is low, the quality is lacking and advancement is NON existent. This company will forge test results for customers....for example, if a cable is over length they will have you test a cable within standards to cover it up instead of installing a new IDF in place.
