Working as a Customer Service Rep at AC Infinity has been positive overall. The team is super chill and they were willing to help out. Training was solid and they give you time to grow like I never answered phones before this. Havent worked in many places but I would honestly say its pretty good.

Occasional angry customer, limited overtime options, very competitive to move up
