Send out feedback surveys that aren’t anonymous then get annoyed and write you up when you give negative feedback. Supervisors and managers never there to answer questions. Training was pretty poor and didn’t prepare us at all. Serious level of discrimination particularly towards women who speak up. Usual call centre, watching your every move night and day but when they’re off the ball, you get the blame. Will promise you the world at interview stage and almost immediately back track once you start the job.
