Remote A lot of great people who make everyone feel welcome Since the niche of this call center is helping non-profits fundraise, most calls are simply taking donations for a lot of really great, well known non-profits. This beats taking calls at competitor call centers where the customers calling in are cussing and belligerent.

Svantaggi

No career growth. No one ever seems to make it higher than a director level position. If someone wants to take the next step after director they need to find another company to work at. Those who excel are seldom recognized. Lower than national average pay. C-Suite keeps everyone in reactive mode instead of being proactive. No continuing education. Status quo is celebrated. Promises made by C-suite but no follow through damaging their credibility among employees.
