      The people are great, if you work in the right team you will have all the resources you need to be productive. The projects are honest, the project people are ACTUALLY trying to do great work, and it does reflect in the results. There are checks in place to ensure that that problems are identified quickly.

      I think staff turnover is a problem and I'm not sure that everybody in mgmt is on the same page
