-Expect your superiors to be underqualified and have less skill and knowledge than you. -You will just be told to learn everything on your own by watching tutorials instead of someone actually training you. -No growth opportunity and your talent will not be appreciated. -Will make you work overtime. -They just care about target and can go to any extent to make you achieve that. -They promise to pay you incentives but they don't. -They take you on an annual trip with your own money and want you to come by any means. If you don't do it then they will make you work and even make you pay fine. -Total Dictatorship!
