Vantaggi
Historically, this used to be a company people were proud to work for, with a culture that felt collaborative and supportive.
Svantaggi
Since CEO Michael DeLuca took over, the company culture and direction have deteriorated significantly. A large portion of the experienced executive leadership team was wiped out, and the organization has struggled with instability ever since.
Compensation is not competitive with the market, and rather than addressing that issue, leadership removed one of the few things employees valued, hybrid and remote flexibility under the explanation that it would improve collaboration. In reality, it has only increased frustration and decreased morale.
Employees are consistently expected to do more with less. Teams are overworked, resources are stretched thin, and decisions often feel disconnected from the actual challenges employees face daily. It increasingly feels like employees are being asked to dig the company out of a hole without the support, compensation, or recognition that would make that sustainable.
What’s most frustrating is that this decline was not inevitable. Many long-tenured employees remember when this was a genuinely enjoyable place to work. The current environment feels like the opposite, reactive, unstable, and increasingly disengaged.
