0 training. I have been waiting for 3 years to receive training to perform the tasks that are required of me. I have never really had the opportunity to shadow any one and from day one was required to immediately be boots on the ground. Because of this i have 0 opportunities to grow in the business unless it is very specific things that can only be applied to ACI. Ever since Practice Labs became ACI, communication between departments have been worse then ever, collaboration is also more difficult as tickets are thrown between multiple departments without being fixed. The naming conversation and general work attitude is a bit rubbish, upper management give off the tone of "your lucky to have a job" while we are heading into a rescissions, former key members of staff have jumped ship which has also lead to a lot of unresolved anxiety in the company. I have had 5 managers in 4 years which has forced a lot of potential progress for training and opportunities back.
