Very unprofessional leadership! The structure of the company is not organized at all. The leadership for the company are for themselves and they benefit from lying to their workers and insurance companies to keep the company financially stable. They reel you in with false hope and lies which will have you thinking that you will benefit and become greater with the company by changing lives but once you start working there you will see that you were being sold lies and dreams. The turn around rate for this company is unbelievable because people are constantly quitting in search for better opportunities. No morale at this place! The adults that work there are ridiculous.
