I need to thing about it.

No Management, Hr & senior management doesn't know how to behave with their college n employee. You will get fired if senior management doesn't likes you. This is a company with full of egoistic persons. No new thing to learn except politics. use worst technology n concept in engineering and nobody is taking responsibility for maintaining the same. Worst n important thing every senior person had attitude as manager, which is very rude in professional environment.

Good working environment, Treat employees with respect, greater flexibility, Happy Employees, Effective Leadership of management, Opportunities and Changes profile, Good salary and hike, 5 days working, 5 star office, Best HR policy and many more, it was my very bad decision to leave this organization, Best wishes for ACL mobile to grow and sucess.
