lots of people who genuinely care. I’ve received great guidance from unlikely places

nature of the field spreads good natured people way too thin to be effective. Too much importance given to office people who contribute little to the tangible goals of supporting the clients. If they want DSPs and day hab workers to deliver quality work you need quality pay and adequate on boarding
