Vantaggi

Started off ok. Loads are steady; you'll be busy all the time..

Svantaggi

after working non stop for 4 months, I took a break and they took my truck. Upon return, they tried giving me a filthy truck and refused to change the filthy mattress. They will over work you and pressure you to complete the load, even when it's not legally possible. They will ask you to use personal conveyance; no joke, they asked me 3 to 4 times in my last month there. They also hired me when they had a yard near Fontana, CA but they closed it down and expect me to pay for my own flight home and back to the yard in Stockton, CA every time I take time off. They also wanted me to pay them back for the flight to onboarding in Washington because I was with them less than 6 months. Maybe they'll treat you right if you're from India, as for me, I was treated like dirt. All I did was perform for the company. They also don't pay anywhere near what they advertise

Vantaggi

Never had to sit empty waiting. Trucks were well-maintained, and if something broke, they fixed it quick. Felt safe on the job, company actually cares about compliance and safety.

Svantaggi

you spend a lot of time on the road

Vantaggi

They keep you moving with good, well-maintained equipment and mostly long runs at a decent, no-nonsense (standard W-2) pay scale. Friendly atmosphere (on the surface).

Svantaggi

They tend to micromanage drivers, which explains why they have inward-facing driver cams. Communication is poor. Important details are routinely omitted, forcing drivers to guess what's going on instead of knowing. Drivers have no steady communications channel, for instead of one fleet manager per driver, a sizable team of nameless fleet managers (well over a dozen) manages the whole fleet. Driver home time is viewed as a necessary evil.
