Good/fairly good work environment overall

Kind of far away from where I live

Good peer group for support on any task that needs to be done. Employees are really kind to each and easy to work with.

Company has been making cuts everywhere to stay afloat for several years now. Management doesn't invest in employee growth. No work life balance. No matter how fast you work, you're told it should have been done faster. Company now has multiple employee reviews per year designed to put pressure on employees to perform. Layoffs are consistent with no warning whatsoever. We're told that everything is fine, yet good employees are caught off guard and laid off.
