The owner is a tremendously talented sales professional who thrives on providing daily training and guidance through consistent role playing and script practice. I worked for him at two different companies and he helped make me into the top 20% salesperson I am today. He will teach you how to reach the top tier DM’s and how to communicate with them so they respect you and listen to you. I appreciate the time I had on his teams. PBM

It’s tough. You have to be persistent. You will get shut down frequently. You need stick-to-itive-ness to get it done, but when you close those sales, you are LOVING it! It’s not for everyone. If Starbucks customers challenged you, this is not for you.

I would like to first start off by saying this is a job that you can grow in. If you listen to what management says and follow what they teach you then you should have no issues succeeding. All the tools and training are provided to you in your initial training, on going training is also provided to you as much as you need it. My favorite part is the on going training because it keeps my abilities sharp. Also I forget things from time to time and it keeps me up to date on a weekly basis on what I need to do to be successful. Opportunity to grow and improving your skills are always available, and they are strongly encouraged. By this I mean that every week the CEO pushes us to get better, he doesn't expect overnight changes but if you pick something up from him and your direct manager once a week, over time you'll find yourself doing and saying things that will lead you down the right path at this company. Putting in the work is key, this is a sales job, you get what you put in. Its really easy to tell whos doing what they are suppose to and whos not because this takes daily work and effort to succeed. My last note is, the CEO and manager always make sure I'm not burning myself out, are concerned about my emotional and personal well being. Of course work has to get done but I do feel like they genuinely care about me as a person and my life and goals outside of work .

None that I can say of personally. I will say that if you do not have initiative, the ability to work independently, and pick up the phone and call people and have a conversation that leads to an appointment, this is not for you. Sales is tough and if you can't take the rejection, another career would suit you better.

They brought in a CRO who is sooooo unprofessional! If you leave the CRO will block you on LinkedIn and say negative things about you. No training, training is confusing, compensation is not great compared to all you have to do. Terrible work culture because owner talks bad about people behind and to their faces, again really unprofessional.
