      I can't really think of any pros. My boss was pretty awesome, but that's about it.

      It was a soul sucking job. Every one in every department seemed to be unhappy. My coworker did nothing but complain very loudly all day. It was a toxic work place. Upper management didn't have a clue. Mismanaged beyond belief. People leaving left and right. I would never work there again.

      No recognition for good/hard work Not receptive to employee feedback/ideas. If they are receptive, management takes credit for it Very poor yearly increases New hires being paid more than tenured employees. When brought up to management nothing happens No room for growth Terrible benefits
