There is absolutely no management pressure, because on your very first day, they will assign you some development tasks, ask you to open the IDE and look at the old code on your own, and then have you independently complete the development tasks based on simple instructions.

The turnover rate is extremely high, and the supervisor treats subordinates very poorly. One team alone has seen at least 15 people leave within a year, including some new hires who, on their very first day, argued loudly with the supervisor and then quit. I strongly do not recommend joining this company — the psychological damage is hard to recover from.
