This used to be a good place to work and learn. Management has shifted from customer focused to closing tickets regardless of the customer is fully operational or not. It is all about hitting the numbers now. The family environment has shifted to you are just a number and will be replaced if you fail to meet the metrics. Management does not care if you learn or not and will chastise you for not knowing something. Process changes daily and you are expected to know eventhough they do not tell us. Team Leads and Supervisors pretend to care and tell you to engage them for help but are rarely around and takes them 30 to 90 mins to respond to messages. Senior leadership does not care about the people. Severely under paid and overworked, working holidays are paid as regular time instead of OT and they eliminated all comp time. No bonues or raises on the horizon but they continue to hire VPs with astronomical salaries and they are only in town 2 to 3 days a week.
