Bad Site Management, blatant favouritism and flirting with younger team members who are aloud to be sat on their phones most of the day and having long breaks, while the older members with good work ethic do most of the work and without being appreciated, and when you speak to your boss about your concerns you get a very defensive and aggressive reaction and from that time forward your working days will be made hell and you will be unsuccessful with any further transition in the company, if your face doesn’t fit you’ll be pushed out. Company are uncaring. I put 100% into my work and in the end I was taken for granted and made to feel unworthy and was eventually signed off with work related stress got no ACKNOWLEDGEMENT or SUPPORT FROM HR or HIGHER MANAGEMENT I can only presume they didn’t want to upset the Site Manager.
