Horrible management practices...very cut throat...promotions are based on favortizim...turn over is freakishly high....company sales goal is to get you in have squeeze you until your quota is so high you quit or move to another company or get fired ...You can move to other departments but u have do it fast or you be cut. Low pay...commission is "professionally capped" where you are told you can earn as much as you want but its designed o u can't .
