Svantaggi
It's a call center. They wont tell you that in the interview no matter how many times you ask for a detailed description of what your day to day job looks like. They avoid saying it all costs. You're answering back to back phone calls from angry clients all day. It's almost impossible to get up from your desk and away from your phone. You're micromanaged and monitored all the time. If you just got off of a phone call and haven't take one in a couple minutes management will be all over you. You have to post in a group chat to let your coworkers and managers know when you will be getting up to go to the bathroom. If you're going to be more than a minute in the bathroom you have to say that in the chat as well and have to use your daily break time to go. It's honestly a pretty dehumanizing job. Take the positive reviews with a grain of salt as ADP asks their employees to leave reviews on glassdoor telling people what they "love" about their job and whichever building leaves the most reviews gets pizza. There is mandatory overtime and absolutely no days are allowed to be taken off between thanksgiving and the week after valentines day. Even once the blackout period is over its virtually impossible to get a day you need/want off as they only let a couple people off each day. You're constantly stressed out and overworked. No matter how many times you communicate that to your management team nothing is done to make it any better they just pile more work on you. Even when you're out of the blackout/busy season they pile so much on top of you that you can't possibly finish your "mandatory" work within business hours so you're expected to spend your weekends working as well. Work life balance does not exist in this company. If you don't stay late, work on weekends, smile while they overwork you then you will never be "promoted." Their promotions are basically just them putting a 2 or 3 behind your job title and giving you an extra quarter. Definitely not worth al of the stress you have to endure to get it.
