Company has a recognized brand. HR practices like strength-based assessments are great in theory (but the reality of day to day management is grim).

Management has no strategy, and little skill at communicating with DS or managing DS projects. Passing the buck and gaslighting occur frequently. I found a demoralized team when I joined, and I will leave (demoralized) as soon as I find another job.
