I enjoyed being around my co-workers, with some I have made long-lasting friendships. I liked that they had unlimited free coffee, would do free food once in a while, and had a lot of cool perks (gym, in-house doctor, etc). I thought management was very understanding even though the work-life balance wasn't great, they tried their best to accommodate.

Svantaggi

The work-life balance wasn't great. Even when they didn't have mandatory overtime, you still had days where you got a call 10 minutes (or less) before your shift and were stuck for 2 hours sometimes. I didn't like that you're thrown into the fire while helping rude customers on issues that you weren't trained on and there wasn't enough in-person support where you could resolve the issue in a timely manner, you would be stuck on a call a lot longer than needed just because you couldn't get an answer quick enough or you would spend a lot of time trying to understand what the support specialist is telling you so you can be comfortable enough to explain the answers/issues to the client. I also realize that I am more of a behind-the-scenes kind of person so customer service, especially at this level isn't suitable for me. I thought the medical insurance was way too high for what you get. I was paying over $100 a month for high deductibles, my medication cost me $329 recently; where my old employer was $30 a month and I was paying $15 for my medication.

If you get a good team, you're set for life. The teams here can be amazingly supportive and always advocate for work/life balance.

Svantaggi

The company talks a lot about lateral movement and job growth, but I know a lot of people who come here to stay at the same job forever. If you like somewhere comfortable and no movement, this is your place. But if you're ambitious? This isn't the place for you.
