You will be managed to a number on a weekly basis - activity is key (which all good salespeople know). When you gain a year or two of tenure, if you are well above your quota but not closing business at the frequency that management wants to see - it will be a performance issue. If you are struggling to get your number on track, the help you will receive will be limited unless you are still within your first 9 months. Development consists of trainings mainly - then you are on your own. You will be competing with other Business Units CONSTANTLY. Though the mission is to form unity and work together, some people will not want to work with you and TotalSource reps always lose. Major Accounts reps believe that they own your territory and compete constantly to gain access. Small Business reps believe that the sales process should be quicker and don't take the time to figure out how to work with you 80% of the time. These partners will be positioned as lead generators to you in the interview process - know that there will be a ton of work on your part getting them to work with you, and in order to succeed you will share credit when it may not be due.
