ZERO concern nor focus on customer service at the branch level. Virtually no training. Training that was held was sub-standard. No support to new employees during the estimating, proposal and quoting phases of the sales process. Company prides itself on having a "Tribal Learning Process" which is ludicrous as Senior sales personnel are focused solely on their own sales, Which given the environment they HAVE to be. Major communication disconnects between Sales, Administrative, Purchasing and Installation Departments. Petty and immature personality conflicts between managers which negatively impact the sales and service process on ALL levels... (absolutely disgusting displays in a "professional" environment)
