Vantaggi
All in all my experience wasn't too bad, there were enough breaks, the computers didn't suck; they got the basic stuff right.Training was a little rushed but that wasn't really an issue since what you're (as in 'me') doing doesn't exactly involve quantum physics; people call you, you try to sell them on the product, they either want it or they don't, easy peasy. The benefits are actually pretty good, PTO was easy to request. All in all not a bad place to work, decent benefits, vacation, 401(k), and getting commission comes down to doing your job.
Svantaggi
-The hours are not even kind of flexible, the point system for attendance can be annoying, their isn't really much employee appreciation. -The pay (my word, the pay) is actually pretty weak even for the low cost of living here in TX, if you have no kids and very low expenses you may be able to actually buy food and a move up from barely surviving at poverty wages to barely surviving at wages that are simply subpar once you factor in commissions.
