Pay plan changes every year, and over 5 yrs, got progressively worse for the sales staff Too much micro-management, cut out all the excess and let your sales people sell, then compensate them fairly. It's a shame when a sales person in the top 5% nationally is barely making 6 figures. Vacation plan for sales team is a joke. Extremely wasteful in terms of amount of paperwork (inside joke is that ADT stands for Another Dead Tree because of all the paperwork) and sheer volume of unnecessary materials they churn out every year.
