Was with them as a rep 10yrs and a Tech for about 8 years. You're just a number when it comes to corporate ADT. Towards the end of my tenure they were hiring sub contractors to do the work with little to no training trying to push out the senior techs. The senior techs would get all the BS jobs while the contractors got all the gravy work. Many 12 to 15 hour work days with unhappy customers due to ADT coming out with cheaper and more troublesome systems. Not a single tech seems to be happy here. About 4 senior techs quit within a two week period towards my two week notice. Good luck making family birthdays, kids events, or even able to hold a date with your woman without ADT messing up your evening due to their schedules and bad equipment.
